At Anime-India.com, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. Please be assured that we take extra care to ensure that all our customers receive their items on time, and we will do our best to ensure that your order reaches your address promptly.
Please understand that while we take every effort to minimize delays, factors beyond our control (i.e., Natural calamities, Peak Seasons, Covid restrictions, Delay from Shipping Partner’s side) may affect delivery times. Here are some frequently asked questions on shipping and payment that you might find helpful.

What is the payment method accepted?

We at Anime India accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Gpay, Phonepe, Net Banking (All payments are safe and secured by encryption, and your card details will not be stored with us). All prices mentioned are in INR (Indian Rupees). Please note that we use Razor Pay payment gateway and any payment related issues can be raised with them directly.

Cash On Delivery – All Cash On Delivery orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched within 2 working days. No orders will be shipped until it is confirmed on the call.

What are the Shipping Charges?

We have Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Standard Shipping – ₹50 on orders below ₹499.

Cash On Delivery(COD) – ₹100 COD Charges for order below ₹2499 & ₹150 on order above ₹ 2500

Free Shipping is not applicable on Cash On Delivery(COD).

How much time does it take for delivery?

It depends on where you are. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after placing the order. Delivery details and tracking link will be provided on your email & registered mobile number. The order will be shipped within the stipulated timelines; however, the delivery depends on our courier partners and can take anywhere between 4 – 8 business days. Please note we ship our products through various couriers like Blue Dart/Delhivery/eKart via our delivery partner Ship Rocket.

How to cancel the order?

If the order or item(s) you want to cancel is not shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at [email protected]. Once the order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. In case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to you within 2-8 business days after we duly process the cancellation request.
